What you DON’T have is better then what you have !

There are people like Helen Keller , Nick Vuijic who had physical difficulties . They had what any one would not choose to have . No eyes to see or arms/legs to walk .But they managed to create a legacy for themselves .

But there are people who have everything they desired and anyone like me would love to live their life . Like Marliyn Monore or Ernest hemingway . They ended up destroying themselves, in spite of having all in their life .

Why do some people overcome horrible , unimaginable adversity & make their lives triumph . While others in spite of every advantage , turn their life to disaster ?

And when i think about all of this , i feel its how we communicate with ourselves . The power lies there .Even when things are worse around & nothing is in control , people still come out of everything – by the willpower . Nothing could have been worst for Holocaust survivors with no food and even the basic needs . I still remember visiting Auschwitz, the hard solid wood beds shared by 20 people , where hardly 2 people can sleep .No water to drink- meal just once a day that too soup .Doing physical work the whole day and shivering in winters , BUT people survived .

People like Victor Frankl – Holocaust survivor who wrote great books sharing the experience . In one of the books he mentioned :

Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning

So its all about HOW YOU COMMUNICATE with your self.
